Cancellation Policy
All junk removal bookings have a $95 minimum charge. This covers travel, labor, disposal fees, and the resources required for even the smallest jobs (such as removing a single TV, mattress, couch, fridge, or similar item). If you're booking for just one item or a very small load, the total will be charged at the $95 minimum rate. Adding one or more additional items is a great way to maximize value and stay at or below the minimum—no extra trip fees apply when items are removed together in the same appointment. For larger loads or multiple items, pricing is based on volume/load size and will be confirmed on-site or via photos if needed.
